Financial adviser moves into Stamford House

Gresham Wealth Management LLP has taken 1,185 sq ft at Orbit Developments' Stamford House in Sale town centre.

The independent financial adviser has agreed a five-year lease for an undisclosed sum.

The 15,273 sq ft Stamford House is one of eight office buildings in Sale owned and managed by Orbit Developments, which currently has around 30,000 sq ft of office space to let in Sale from £10/sq ft.

Steve Warham, marketing and letting surveyor at Orbit Developments, said: "The recently refurbished three-storey Stamford House property has been developed to meet demand for smaller flexible office space. Gresham Wealth Management has joined a succession of new occupiers including Stamford Financial, Zinc Consumer and Magellan Overseas to take advantage of the flexible and affordable offices."

King Sturge and Canning O'Neill are joint agents on the building.
