Merseyside Development Update

Mark Kitts, Liverpool City Council

FINAL TICKETS | Meet the Authorities: Public-Private Partnerships

Mark Kitts, assistant director of regeneration at Liverpool City Council, has joined the roster of councils speaking about their large-scale development plans and private sector partnerships, at this half-day event in Manchester on Thursday 12 July.

Kitts will join Warrington, Wirral, Stockport, Salford, and Preston councils on stage at the event, to discuss their ambitions for the regeneration of town and city centres, their expectations and experiences of both formal and informal public-private partnerships, and the chances for the property community to get involved. Collectively, the councils are working on schemes worth billions of pounds.

Kitss was recently appointed as chief executive of Liverpool City Council’s Foundations housing company, so will discuss the council’s plans for the delivery of thousands of homes.
