Festive warehouse appeal

Merseyside charity KIND, Kids in Need and Distress, is desperately looking for warehouse space of around 20,000 sq ft to use over the weekend before Christmas to pack 1,000 hampers for children and families.

KIND's Christmas Appeal aim is currently raising money towards a target of £50,000 to fund 1,000 hampers to be delivered to disadvantaged families in and around Liverpool.

Among the Liverpool businesses supporting the appeal are insurance broker Griffiths & Armour and insurer RSA.

The warehouse provider will enable the hampers to be prepared and distributed this year as well as benefiting from the PR opportunities this social gesture will present.
