FBE Manchester to host Middle East briefing

The Manchester branch of the Forum for the Built Environment is holding a networking breakfast on Wednesday 26 November at Manchester Art Gallery to discuss opportunities in the emerging markets of the Gulf states.

Simon Rawlinson of project manager and cost consultant Davis Langdon will be talking about his firm's experiences in working in the region. He will cover current market conditions, the scale of opportunity, the importance of the local presence, limits to growth and choosing the right opportunities for sustainable operation.

Numerous North West firms from quanitity surveyor Walker Sime to architects HKR have recently embarked on a drive into the Middle East as the UK and Europe founders.

The event is free to FBE members and £25 to non members.
