Fazenda fit-out managed by Knight Frank

Knight Frank's building consultancy team has been appointed to manage the £2m fit-out of a new Brazilian steakhouse in Liverpool.

Construction is now underway at the site in Horton House, Exchange Flags.

Called Fazenda, the restaurant has been designed by Manchester-based Carroll Design and is located in the heart of the city's business district.

The fit-out is expected to take 10 weeks and the new restaurant be open by October 2013.

Owned by City District, Fazenda opened its first restaurant in Leeds.
