Industrial agents at DTZ have secured several lettings at Broughton Court in Cheetham Hill, Manchester on behalf of Isra Developments.
Nova of London has leased 3,000 sq ft for 12 months at a quoting rent of £37,500 a year and bought another 3,000 sq ft unit off an asking price of £495,000.
Edge Fashion leased two units of 3,000 sq ft for 12 months, quoting rent £37,500/year.
Justin Fashion leased 3,000 sq ft for five years, quoting rent £37,500/year.
Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ, said: "Broughton Court is emerging as a popular destination for fashion retailers and wholesalers, the site is currently 45% occupied and we are receiving strong interest in the remaining units."
