Farm Foods signs at Wavertree

The frozen food retailer has signed a 10-year lease on a 10,000 sq ft unit at the Derwent Group’s Merseyside shopping complex.
Farm Foods will occupy the former Poundstretcher unit at Wavertree Retail Park and plans to open its new store in the first quarter of this year.
Elsewhere at the 105,000 sq ft park, Iceland has signed a 10-year lease extension on its 8,500 sq ft unit. Iceland opened at the retail park 25 years ago.
Wavertree Retail Park, located east of Liverpool city centre, is now fully let following the arrival of Farm Foods.
Other occupiers at the park include Buzz Bingo, Matalan and Home Bargains.
