Faithful+Gould expands into Liverpool

Project management company Faithful+Gould has expanded its North West presence to include a Liverpool office, alongside Manchester and Warrington.

The team of 15 has moved into offices in Liverpool’s Cotton Exchange.

Faithful+Gould provides project and programme management, and is advising on a portfolio of projects in Liverpool including schemes for Liverpool John Moores University at Copperas Hill and Tithebarn Street; Your Housing’s Liverpool Waters development; and Paddington Village in the Knowledge Quarter for Liverpool City Council.

Faithful+Gould’s move into Liverpool also comes with a collaboration with Agent Academy CIC to create employment opportunities for young people across Liverpool City Region.

Ged McNicholl, regional director at Faithful+Gould, said: “Our new office recognises the importance of Liverpool as a thriving city which is investing in its future and its communities. We look forward to working with local stakeholders to improve the value of Liverpool’s major schemes, which will generate inclusive growth by attracting more people and investment into the city.”
