The online kitchen appliance specialist has signed a lease for the entire 360,000 sq ft ProLogis warehouse.
Expert Logistics, a subsidiary of Bolton-based DRL Holdings, is moving from a number of smaller buildings to consolidate its operations under one roof.
Dave Ashwell, managing director of Expert Logistics, said: "This building is ideally suited to our business, since it gives us immediate access to the motorway network, and its environmental credentials mean that it will be cost-effective to operate."
Phillip Dunne, president of ProLogis Europe, added: "With this agreement, we've nearly completed the lease-up of our development portfolio in the UK. By understanding Expert Logistics' needs, we were able to accommodate them with a facility ready to occupy. We are also pleased with the activity on our projects, recently completed and currently underway, that take advantage of the strategically located land bank we have in the UK."
Matthew Pochin, from Nantwich-based commercial property agent Lamont, added: "Lamont did the negotiation on behalf of Prologis and Expert Logistics signed an unbroken 15 year lease."
Jonathan Atherton, from Savills, acted on behalf of Expert Logistics in the deal.
ProLogis 360 Crewe is located close to Junctions 16 and 17 of the M6 on Weston Road in Crewe.
CBRE and North Rae Sanders were joint agents on the warehouse.
