Expansion for CBRE property management team

The Liverpool office of CBRE has appointed David Tyson as senior surveyor within its property and asset management team.

Tyson joins from Texas Group where he was commercial property manager for three years. He has previously worked for United Utilities.

The Liverpool property and asset management team, which is headed up by senior director John Lea, was appointed by the Homes & Communities Agency earlier this month to manage the 22-acre Liverpool Innovation Park. Other large assets managed by CBRE in the area include the 193,000 sq ft Exchange Station and the 35-acre mixed-use Kings Waterfront, both in Liverpool.

There are six people in the property and asset management team in Liverpool.
