Exchange Quay signs trio of new tenants

Exchange Quay, the 532,000 sq ft office complex at the entrance to Salford Quays, has reported three new lettings.

Logistics company CH Robinson (UK) has relocated its regional office from Birmingham, taking a suite of 2,030 sq ft on a six-year lease in Building 8.

Arctic Personnel has also relocated its business to Exchange Quay, from north Manchester, and taken the second floor of Building 5 on a 10-year lease.

Existing tenant Environmental Resources Management has taken a further 3,420 sq ft, moving from Building 8 to the eleventh floor of Building 5. The new 10-year lease is for a total of 7,605 sq ft with an option to break in year six.

Headline rents at the Quay, which is owned by a trust of private investors, are £17.50/sq ft.
