Ex-DTZ associate Roberts launches own practice

James Roberts, formerly an associate at Donaldsons and DTZ in Manchester, has set up on his own as James Roberts Chartered Surveyors based at in Church Terrace, Oldham.
The practice offers full general advice to clients as well as producing Level 4 Energy Performance Certificates.
Roberts said: "My aim is to provide a premium service to a select client base that need a varied personal service which they know they will not get at larger corporate firms. I am working for clients I have known for over 10 years and I am enjoying a more varied palette.
"Offering Energy Performance certificates adds a topical dimension as a sale or letting can no longer complete without one and they should be available at the commencement of a marketing campaign."
