Evolve wins buildings repair contract

The Liverpool-based Riverside Group, one of the country's largest housing associations, has awarded Evolve Facility Services with a buildings repair and maintenance contract on properties it owns in south Merseyside.

Evolve Facility Services is a joint venture partnership between Huyton-based JC Construction and Warrington-based OB Building Maintenance Services.

Riverside owns 50,000 properties across England and has awarded contracts in seven regional divisions.

Evolve will be covering building repair and maintenance work on approximately 12,000 properties owned by Riverside.

The contract is worth between £25.6m and £89.8m.
