EVENT | Liverpool outlook with JLL & City Residential

The Supply Conundrum

The Liverpool residential market is seeing the first signs of genuine momentum since the downturn. This is leading to a range of industry activity, notably through the nascent stages of the local build-to-rent market, which has the potential to drive the next phase of urban renaissance in Liverpool. 2015 will be a year of stable, above inflation price growth in the local market.

JLL Residential Research and City Residential join forces to present the outlook for the UK and Liverpool housing markets.

Two key issues are lying in wait for the housing industry this year.

Firstly, the General Election in May means a new range of housing policies are under consideration.

Secondly, increased housing supply has become a cross-party priority, meaning attention is turning towards the potential solutions.

Speakers:

  • Shannon Conway: Director, Residential, JLL
  • Alan Bevan: Managing Director, City Residential
  • Adam Challis: Head of Residential Research, JLL

The event is due to take place from 8am to 9.15am on Thursday 19 March at Hilton, Chavasse Park, 3 Thomas Steers Way, Liverpool, L1 8LW.
