Event: Knowsley private landlord forum

Landlords in Knowsley are being invited to attend the next in a series of forum meetings run by Knowsley Council with updates on topics related to the private rented sector.

Guest speakers at the next forum include Neil Marsden from the Residential Landlord Association who will be talking about the Housing Health & Safety Rating System and Paul Corcoran from Inspire Risk Management, talking about landlord insurance.

There will be updates on energy efficiency and local housing allowance and members of the strategic housing team will be available to answer any questions.

Cllr Dave Lonergan, cabinet member for regeneration, economy and skills, said: "These forums are a great opportunity for landlords with properties in Knowsley to get information that can help them with their business.

"It also gives landlords a chance to network between themselves and ask questions and advice from specialist council officers.

"I would encourage landlords not to miss out on this and future events."
