Evans Easyspace wins £700k Stockport job

Leeds-based Evans Easyspace has replaced local incumbent Workspace Centres as the manager of three serviced office buildings owned by Stockport Council.
The council offers affordable office space for small firms in Merchants House and Mansion House Chambers, both in the town centre, and Houldsworth Mill in Reddish.
The contract to run the centres has been handled by local agents Workspace Centres since 2000, but expires this month.
Evans' initial contract will last for five years.
