Evans Business Centre shows healthy start in Ellesmere Port
The new Evans Business Centre at Pioneer Business Park, Ellesmere Port, was officially opened today with 15 units already occupied.
The 31,000 sq ft business centre contains 23 offices and 18 workshops. Offices range from 300 sq ft to 525 sq ft and workshops from 980 sq ft to 2,025 sq ft. Three offices and 12 workshops have been leased already.
Evans uses easy-in, easy-out terms with a rolling two-month licence deal and no legal costs.
The £3.5m project was partly financed by the European Regional Development Fund with match funding from the North West Development Agency.
