Eurocraft occupies Leyland industrial unit

Peregrine Developments has leased the 10,000 sq ft 1 Osprey Place in Leyland to Eurocraft on a three year deal.

The local firm, which supplies inflatable products for the marine, military, rescue and recovery and leisure industries, has moved from its existing premises on Moss Side Employment Area to the new premises, fronting Titan Way, also on the same industrial estate.

Chris Moores, director at Eurocraft, said: "The unit at Osprey Place provides us with increased factory space that we desperately required to fulfil current orders and will help to facilitate future growth of the company. We are pleased to have found somewhere on the same estate as our previous premises, not just for the convenience of our staff but for our customers and suppliers too."

Robert Pinkus & Co acted on behalf of Peregrine Developments in the deal. Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.

Pity in the last 4 years they have closed twice with the loss of numerous staff and are now reopened in Manchester. I suggest everyone avoids Eurocraft GB or Eurocraft or Eurocraft inflatables.
