Euan Kellie Property Solutions hires two

The planning consultancy has appointed Kathy Bibby from Gladman Developments and Jessica Davison from JLL to support directors Euan Kellie and Kelly Paddick.

Bibby joins as a consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in the planning profession. She will deliver planning advice and manage the preparation and submission of planning applications on behalf of the firm’s growing client base.

Davison has more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry, which has included working for firms such as Donaldsons, DTZ, and more recently JLL. She has joins Euan Kellie Property Solutions as business manager and will provide support in business management related matters.

Kellie said: “I am delighted that Kathy and Jessica are joining us. Kathy’s wealth of experience in advising on a wide range of planning issues will be welcomed, I think Jessica’s experience of working for some of the largest property firms in the UK will bring a valuable resource to our team. Both Kathy and Jessica will provide us with the support and expertise we need to continue to provide our clients with the excellent service and standards which we always strive to achieve.”

Euan Kellie Property Solutions was set up in 2009. Recent work has included advising on the mixed-use development proposals at Astley Point in Wigan for SalCaul, and the forthcoming planning application for The Crescent in Salford, the second large-scale PRS development planned by Bet Fred owner, Fred Done.
