Eternity Football signs with Bruntwood

Clothing company Eternity Football has acquired 3,700 sq ft of office accommodation at Bruntwood's Trafford House in Old Trafford.

Eternity Football signed a three-year lease at the building, where the quoting rent is £10/sq ft.

Alex Russell, partner at WHR Property Consultancy, advising Eternity Football, said: "We are committed to working with our clients – both landlords and tenants – to source the right deal. We already have a strong working relationship with Bruntwood and consequently, were able to complete the deal efficiently to the satisfaction of both parties."
