Escape room operator signs for 8,800 sq ft at Liverpool One
Leisure brand Escape Live has chosen the site for its regional debut, landlord Grosvenor Britain & Ireland said.
Due to open this summer, the facility will offer six escape rooms including the brand’s official Peaky Blinders immersive experience.
The 60-minute escape rooms will be accompanied by a virtual reality arena, a private room for bookings of up to 40 people, and a roof top terrace bar.
The concept is the latest addition to Liverpool One’s competitive socialising offer, which also includes Junkyard Golf, Roxy Ball Room and On the Green, as retail landlords look to build the presence of experience-led operators along with prominent F&B brands within the retail mix.
Escape Live currently operates from three Midlands locations and two in Essex, as well as offering online games.

Recent retail news within Liverpool One includes New Look, Kenji and Skechers all recommitting to the destination with store signings on South John Street.
