Eric Wright Group has completed a £20m loan deal with the Royal Bank of Scotland's real estate business.
Eric Wright Group has been banking with RBS for almost 30 years. The funding facilities from RBS will be used to support the group as it embarks on a series of new developments and projects.
Recent projects have included One Hardman Street, a new five-storey office building with full Cat A fit out at Spinningfields and the £100m Stoke Extra Care retirement village PFI project.
The Preston-based firm covers construction, civil engineering, property development and facilities management.
Jeremy Hartley, chief executive of the Eric Wright Group, said: "The RBS team have a deep understanding of our strategy and real estate which enabled them to provide a flexible and practical funding structure. This will allow us to further grow our business and support local communities."
