Eric Wright adds to senior team

The Bamber Bridge-based business has hired George Lilley as managing director of its facilities management arm.

Lilley joins from Vinci Facilities where he was commercial director for around four years, based in the company’s Watford office. He joined earlier this month and will replace Mark Steed, who had been acting as interim managing director for the business since last year.

Eric Wright Group’s facilities management arm now numbers 147 staff and had a turnover of £15m in its most recent full-year results. It has a place on a number of frameworks in the region and nationally, including Fusion21, the Lancashire Regeneration Property Partnership, and NHS Shared Business Services.

The group’s managing director Jeremy Hartley said: “George is an exceptional leader and has a wealth of experience which will help us to further grow and develop our facilities management arm. The Eric Wright Group is proud to be a commercial organisation with a social purpose, delivering an unbeatable client service and investing in the communities in which we operate.

“We have implemented comprehensive growth strategies in all seven of our divisions and bringing George on board will help us to deliver our vision for the facilities management team.”
