Epic gears up for December opening in Liverpool

Images have been released ahead of the December opening of the £20m Seel Street Hotel by Epic in Liverpool.

Work on the four-star 128-bedroom hotel, developed by Elliot Group as part of its wider £85m regeneration of Wolstenholme Square, is nearing completion.

Epic, which also operates aparthotels in Duke Street, Seel Street and Capmbell Street in the city, said that the rooms on offer will include the WOW! corner suite, super luxe suites with outside terraces and a cinema room. The property will also include a residents’ bar and gym.

Simon Beer, managing director of Epic, said: “We are thrilled to be able to give this first look of our new Seel Street Hotel by EPIC. We are very proud of what we have envisioned for the property, and we are confident our guests will fall in love with it from the moment they step inside.

“This is a game-changer in the city and offers a high-end hotel experience befitting of Liverpool’s status as a world class place to visit. It’s a first-class hotel for a first-class city.”

Place North West reported in July that Epic had been appointed under a management contract to run both the Seel Street Hotel and Elliot’s proposed development in Norfolk Street in the Baltic neighbourhood, Elliot originally having planned to work with PVA Hospitality.
