Enlarged Home Bargains base gets go-ahead

TJ Morris, the Liverpool-based parent group of retailer Home Bargains, has gained planning consent for a 35,000 sq ft extension to its head office.
The group's 350,000 sq ft Axis Business Park headquarters in North Liverpool will grow by a 24,000 sq ft warehouse and a 9,700 sq ft training centre.
The new premises support a growth strategy which plans to increase the number of Home Bargains stores from 150 to 500 over the next ten years.
