Tony Gee has taken 825 sq ft on a three-year lease on the third floor. The new tenant joins Diversity Travel, PPS Group and Brody Lee Kershaw in the building.
Vicki Cook, director of Magnus, said: "We are thrilled Tony Gee & Partners has selected Hanover House for its new Manchester office. We have worked closely with Tony Gee & Partners to create the ideal sized office. Tony Gee & Partners is a growing business who will be able benefit from Magnus flexible leasing approach."
Gareth Drought from Tony Gee said: "We needed a central Manchester location to aid our business in the North West and Hanover House ticked all of the boxes in terms of location and flexibility of office space. Magnus have looked after us very well and I have received a first class service from all involved."
