Enfinity expands at The Plaza
The renewable energy company has expanded its serviced office space at Bruntwood's The Plaza in St Paul's Square, Liverpool city centre.
Bruntwood said Enfinity opened an office at The Plaza in June last year, initially joining through a Liverpool Vision scheme which offered new overseas investors to the region free desk space for the first 12 months of relocation.
Enfinity has now expanded from four workstations to ten.
Colin Forshaw, head of Liverpool sales at Bruntwood, said: "We have adapted the service space to meet the needs of the company to take additional workstations at very short notice. The company can continue to expand with us as and when they require."
Bruntwood is currently marketing its serviced office space in The Plaza with availability to suit from one to one hundred people.
Bruntwood said workstations are being sold by the desk and prices starting from £250 a month. This includes office furniture, telephone, broadband, business rates, service charge, cleaning, utilities and discounted meeting rooms.
The soft landing scheme, known as The Hello Northwest service, was launched in 2009 and developed in partnership between the North West Development Agency, and the investment agencies for Manchester and the Liverpool city regions, Midas and The Mersey Partnership, plus serviced office providers.
