Ener-G leaves Salford Quays for Birchwood

Sustainable energy technology business, Ener-G, has agreed a five-year lease on offices at Olympic Park in Birchwood.

The speculative office development was completed earlier this year by Commercial Developments Projects and funding partner, Pinder Fry & Benjamin. The scheme contains self-contained buildings ranging from 3,156 sq ft to 8,150 sq ft as well as larger design-and-build opportunities.

Jonathan Baucher, of Cushman & Wakefield, joint letting agent, said: "We are delighted to have secured Ener-G at Olympic Park. To attract a business from Salford Quays demonstrates our ability in securing the more footloose enquiries. Interest in the remaining buildings is strong and we are currently in detailed negotiations with several other potential occupiers."

DTZ are the joint letting agents.
