Emperor Court opens in Crewe

Pochin Developments has completed work on the 21,700 sq ft Emperor Court office site at Crewe Business Park in Cheshire.

The three-storey Emperor Court building, located off Electra Way, is the last available plot at the 67-acre business park, which includes DEFRA, Fujitsu and Virgin Trains amongst its occupiers.

Andy Butler of joint letting agents Lamonts Commercial, said: "The building is available on a freehold or leasehold basis, with suites ranging from 6,858 – 21,700 sq ft and as it's the last plot, we are confident this will be snapped up quickly."

Matthews & Goodman are the other agents being instructed by the Cheshire-based firm.
