Elan Homes leases Oak House

Elan Homes has occupied the 7,233 sq ft Oak House office building at Cheshire Oaks Business Park.

The detached two-storey office building is located near junction 10 of the M53 motorway and is held on a full repairing and insuring lease which expires on the 30 January 2012.

William Sadler, of Legat Owen, the sole letting agents on the building, said: "Elan Homes has sub-leased the premises from Barratt Homes and the quoting rent is £11/sq ft."

Elan Homes was set up last year by former directors of David McLean Homes following its collapse.
