Eight lettings for Canmoor at Longwood

Asset management firm Canmoor has let 45,000 sq ft at the refurbished Longwood Park estate in Trafford Park.

Crown Cutting Services has signed for Unit 24, with 7,000 sq ft at £5.25/sq ft. The 2,000 sq ft Unit 25A is let to Accupart at £6/sq ft. Mitie Shared Services took on the 8,300 sq ft Unit 31 at £5/sq ft, while Ribble Vehicles signed a seven-year lease on Units 3 and 4 at £5.25/sq ft.

Other lettings at Longwood include Unit 2 to Black Pigeon Mobile Technology and Units 14 and 15 to ITTS. Advanced Specialised Products has taken on Unit 17.

One unit remains unoccupied and another is under offer. The Longwood refurbishment project will be fully complete when a full overhaul of the 30,000 sq ft Bay 1 is finalised later this month.
