EFG moves to Birchwood Park

Interior solutions company EFG has agreed a lease for a 3,955 sq ft office at Birchwood Park, Warrington.

EFG has relocated from Lingley Mere to 101 Dalton Avenue, part of an estate owned by MEPC Birchwood Park. DTZ represented EFG.

Craig Howarth, managing director of EFG, said: "The decision to move to Birchwood Park was a result of the park's central location, superior facilities and community feel.

"We were immediately drawn by the business hub and Starbucks at The Centre and the range of transport links which are both key to our business.

"We look forward to integrating with the thriving businesses that are already on site, and hope we can grow with the park."

MEPC Birchwood Park commercial director Andrew Cowell said: "It's always exciting to see new businesses join the Birchwood Park community and we're looking forward to supporting the team at EFG in their future successes."
