The hospitality group and hotel operator plans to open a 60,000 sq ft serviced apartment development within the 10-storey 39 Paradise Street, having signed a 25-year lease on the building.
The upper floors of the building, which sits with Grosvenor’s city centre retail complex, were previously occupied by BridgeStreet Hotel. Urban Outfitters occupies the ground floor.
Edyn’s plans for the scheme include redesigning the hotel to create an as-yet-unspecified number of apartments that will be available for long and short stays from the summer.

Elsewhere in the North West, Edyn also operates 160 short and long-stay apartments within Whitworth Locke on Princess Street, Manchester.
It also has sites in Edinburgh, Amsterdam and London, among others.
