Edwards & Co hires from Avison Young
Edwards & Co has recruited Oliver Woodall to its office agency team in Manchester, joining Andrew Timms, Ed Keany, Richard Dinsdale and Nigel Hunter.
Woodall joined the team last week as a surveyor and brings the office agency team at Edwards & Co’s King Street headquarters to five.
He had previously been with Avison Young since May 2015 as a graduate surveyor, and has also worked for DTZ.
Andrew Timms, director and head of the transactional team at Edwards & Co, said: “We are delighted that Oliver has joined us and we have taken considerable care to find an agent who shares our values and can ensure we continue the level of service our clients have come to recognise us for.
“We have an exciting year ahead, working with both landlords and tenants across the region. Our service coupled with our excellent knowledge of the North West market enables us to respond quickly to our client’s needs and has proven to be a successful formula to date.”
Earlier this year, Toby Nield left Edwards & Co’s office agency team to take up a similar role with Cushman & Wakefield. Nield had been with Edwards & Co for four years as an associate.
Avison Young acquired independent Manchester-based property advisor WHR in November last year, and WHR has since rebranded to take the Avison Young name.
