Edward Symmons to sublet Stanley Racing space

William Hill has appointed Edward Symmons to market a 10,400 sq ft warehouse and office in Brunswick Place, Bootle formerly reserved for disaster recovery space for Stanley Racing.

William Hill acquired smaller rival Stanleybet in 2005 and no longer needs the Bootle premises as it has its own space for use if the main offices are evacuated.

Robert Diggle, partner at Edward Symmons, said: "This modern unit presents a great opportunity for a large business seeking high quality office and warehouse space. In an optimal location at the junction of Brunswick Place, the building is strategically positioned near Canada Dock, only 1.5 miles from the city centre. It has outstanding links to the transport network; adjoining Regent Road (A5036) and Derby Road (A565). Buildings of this size, within this area are relatively few and we feel this could present an ideal base for port related businesses or courier organisations."
