Edward Symmons markets aborted Lancaster office plot

Edward Symmons has been appointed by joint administrators John Kelly and John Lowe of Begbies Traynor to sell a development opportunity at Halton Mills in Lancaster.

The site was previously owned by developer Time and Tide (Homes) before it was placed into administration.

The 0.8-acre site on Mill Lane is 3.5 miles from Junction 34 of the M6 and has an outline planning decision pending for a two-storey, 13,000 sq ft office building.
