Edward Symmons claims largest Knowsley office letting

Anthony Donald Evans has let a 10,000 sq ft office at Deacon Park in Moorgate Road, Knowsley.

The website operator has taken the ground floor accommodation, formerly occupied by Littlewoods Bet Direct, and will incorporate the office as a call centre.

Robert Diggle, a partner at Edward Symmons which acted for the landlords Highcross, said: "This is the largest office letting that Knowsley has seen in 2009 and, in combination with other lettings that have recently taken place within Deacon Park, it clearly demonstrates the strength of the Knowsley office market."

Iain Taylor, asset manager at Highcross, added: "Smaller self contained offices are still available from 800 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft for which we are receiving enquiries on a regular basis."

Commenting on the letting, Tony Evans at Anthony Donald Evans, said: "We intend to run our insurance and utilities comparison website, seeus2save.com, in addition to our existing accident assistance claims management company and insurance brokers, Clearbike Insurance from this space and look forward to taking occupation in October. This demonstrates our commitment to the Knowsley area where our business commenced less than three years ago."

CBRE are joint letting agents.
