Edward Mellor’s June auction catalogue

A portfolio of nine self-contained flats is among the lots to be offered for sale at Edward Mellor's June auction.

Guide prices for the 85 lots being offered at Lancashire County Cricket Club on Wednesday 12 June start at £10,000.

The sale will be held in partnership with commercial property firm Roger Hannah.

Property on offer ranges from plots of land throughout the North West to a five bedroom terraced house on Ashfield Road, Urmston, with a guide price of £125,000, and a two bedroom terrace on Leyland Road, Burnley, priced at £14,000.

Louise McDonald, auction director at Edward Mellor, said: "Having sold more than 80% of the properties featured in our last auction, we're very excited to get going with the June sale.

"There is a real mix of properties on sale, so whether you're an investor, landlord, owner-occupier or business owner, make sure you take a look at our catalogue."
