Eddisons September sale results
The auctioneer generated proceeds of £1.1m at its latest sale in Manchester, with lots including a Cheshire office and a mixed-use investment in the Lake District.
In total, Eddisons offered 39 lots at its sale at the Premier Inn in Trafford Park.
Europa House, an 8,500 sq ft detached office building on the Adlington Business & Industrial Park in Poynton sold for £370,000 on behalf of LPA Receivers.
In Ulverston on the edge of the Lake District, a vacant ground floor unit with residential accommodation to the upper floors sold for £110,000, from a guide price of £65,000.
Meanwhile, a part-tenanted commercial opportunity in Urmston, which produces an annual income of £24,500, sold for £175,000.
Eddisons' next North West auction will take place in Manchester on Tuesday 21 October.
