Eddisons reveals next auction catalogue

A tenanted leisure property in Wigan and a Georgian terraced former hotel in Warrington are among the lots at the Eddisons auction in Manchester on 3 April.

Chicago's bar and nightclub on King Street in the centre of Wigan is offered with around 12 years' unexpired term and currently produces annual rental income of £75,000 per annum. The guide price is on application.

Elsewhere, a Georgian mid-terraced residential building in Warrington is also going under the hammer, upon the instructions of the administrators. The freehold property on Bewsey Street, close to the railway station, was formerly the site of a hotel and most recently used as 11 self-contained apartments.

The guide price for the property which is described as needing extensive refurbishment and renovation to bring it up to modern standards is £100,000 to £125,000.

In total 67 lots are being offered for sale including residential stock with guide prices from £18,000.

The sale takes place on April 3 at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, Manchester starting at 12.30pm.
