Eddisons relocates regional base

Surveyor Eddisons, which employs 40 people in Manchester, has moved from Tib Lane to refurbished offices in 55 King Street.

Anthony Spencer, director of Eddisons, said: "Our success over recent years means we have outgrown our current office. This new location provides a far better working environment for both staff and clients and with over 3,600 sq ft of space will facilitate future expansion."

James Raspin, surveyor at landlord Orbit Developments, said: "We have just completed an extensive refurbishment of the floor, which has created modern high specification offices with great views across the city's sky line."
