Eddisons auction strong for May
A 38,000 sq ft laboratory and office facility in Chorley is among the lots being offered at the next Eddisons auction at Trafford Park in Manchester on 20 May.
Washington Hall comprises a range of office and laboratory type buildings on a site of 3.2-acres, with a guide price of £400,000 plus.
Eddisons has a total of 37 lots for its sale at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, starting at 12.30pm. The auction is part of a three day sale including dates in London and Leeds, when a total of 106 lots will be offered.
Other highlights include a tenanted industrial unit at Newby Road Industrial Estate in Hazel Grove, Stockport which is let to Anglian Windows at an annual rent of £50,000. The guide price is £375,000 to £400,000, a gross yield of over 13%.
Meanwhile, 14 units on the Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn with guide prices from £80,000 are also in the catalogue.
In Warrington, a mixed use property including ground floor space let to bookmaking firm William Hill, producing £15,072 a year, is guided at £130,000.
A multi-let property in Blackpool arranged as self contained flats which produce annual income of £47,528 is guided at £200,000, a potential gross return of over 23%.
The catalogue also includes a residential development opportunity in the Openshaw area of Manchester which has lapsed planning consent for 19 apartments, and a guide price of £40,000.
