Eddisons has announced details of its next North West property auction due to be held in Manchester on 25 June.
Lots include a multi-let light industrial premises investment with ground rent in Warrington which produces income of £26,032 a year. The site in Knutsford Road has a guide price of £200,000-plus, offering a potential return of 13%.
A tenanted retail property in Palatine Road, Didsbury, comprising the Lotus restaurant, is guided at £85,000 plus. The annual rental income is £7,800.
A vacant parcel of land in New Mount Street, close to Manchester city centre, has a guide price of £150,000-plus. The site which extends to 0.31 acres is currently used as a car park, producing income of £23,000 a year.
Residential stock includes a portfolio of 13 properties in Accrington which have guide prices from £30,000.
In total Eddisons has attracted 32 lots for its sale on 25 June at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, Manchester, starting at 12.30pm.
