Eddisons auction catalogue announced

A high-yield industrial investment in Oldham is among the lots being offered at the next Eddisons auction in Manchester on Tuesday 8 July.

Units 1 and 2 in Hawksley Court, in the Hawksley Street Industrial Estate, are fully let and produce annual rental income of around £49,800. The guide price is £375,000, a potential gross yield of more than 13%.

A development site at 91-93 Greengate in Salford is also up for sale, with lapsed planning consent for a mixed-use scheme comprising ground floor commercial and residential accommodation on the upper floors. The guide price is £250,000.

Meanwhile, a partly let long leasehold retail investment in Accrington currently producing £16,000 a year is guided at £50,000.

The catalogue includes a number of tenanted pubs and bars, two of which are on Fairbottom Street in Oldham. The Bees Knees and the Slam Bar have guide prices of £235,000 and £165,000 respectively.

Eddisons attracted 35 lots for its sale at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, starting at 12.30pm. The auction is part of a three-day sale including dates in London and Leeds, when a total of 111 lots will be offered.
