EC Harris has taken an additional 7,400 sq ft of offices at Piccadilly Place in Manchester, following the asset build consultancy's acquisition of Christal Management in September.
The space will accommodate the new construction project management team and takes EC Harris' total accommodation at Piccadilly Place to 20,110 sq ft.
The 675,000 sq ft Piccadilly Place in Manchester city centre is owned by the Carlyle Group. Tenants include Weightmans, Barclays, NHS, Arup and Egencia.
Ben Du Boulay, director at the Carlyle Group, said: "EC Harris is a much valued occupier and we're extremely pleased to have been able to fulfil the growing consultancy's requirements at Piccadilly Place.
"There is a distinct lack of supply when it comes to high quality, well-connected office space in the sought-after areas within Manchester. Piccadilly Place ticks all those boxes and we have seen increasing interest in our development from occupiers."
Savills and GVA are joint agents at Piccadilly Place.
