Eastlands Homes seeks gas boiler suppliers

Eastlands Homes Partnership has published a tender for a gas boiler supply contract for properties it owns in east Manchester.

The contract requires the supply of gas boilers to approximately 5,000 properties in the area over a five year period.

Formed in 2003, Eastlands Homes is a housing association which has taken over and improved east Manchester's former council homes and completed a £45m improvement programme a year ahead of schedule since then. It has spent an average of £16,000 on each of its customer's homes.

Deadline for submitting tenders is Monday 7 December at 12pm.
