East Cheshire employment park wins approval

Cheshire East Council has granted outline planning consent for up to 1.5m sq ft of industrial and distribution space on the former Wardle Airfield in Nantwich.

Acting on behalf of landowner the Haughton Estate, HOW Planning submitted an outline planning application for the redevelopment of the 150-acre site earlier this year.

To be renamed the Cheshire Green Employment Park, the site is next to Wardle Industrial Estate and behind the landmark NWF Group farm feeds supplier on the A51 Nantwich Road.

Fisher German Denton Clark and Lamonts have been retained as joint agents. Planit-IE and SCP advised Haughton Estate.
