E3P relocates to Trafford Park

Multidisciplinary consultancy E3P has relocated to 8,500 sq ft purpose-built headquarters at the Trafford office park, as it looks to expand its operations.

The company, whose full name is Environmental Energy Engineering Partnerships, signed a 10-year lease with the landlord Peel L&P, and started to move into the office this week following the completion of renovations in March.

The company has leased the entire unit on Taylor Road at Trafford Park business park in Greater Manchester and intends to house around 70 staff in the premises once lockdown restrictions are fully lifted. There are no other tenants in the building.

E3P was previously based in premises in Eccles. It provides a range of property and planning-related services, including environmental, ecological, acoustics and geotechnical consultancy.

The Trafford Park property was marketed by Avison Young, although EP3 was unrepresented in the letting deal.
