Dunedin secures 20,000 sq ft letting
Manchester Solutions has signed for 20,000 sq ft of office and training space in Dunedin Property's landmark Churchgate and Lee House buildings.
The space taken by the not-for-profit apprenticeship, skills, training and employment services group comprises a suite of 10,162 sq ft in Lee House and a further suite of 7,029 sq ft in Churchgate.
Manchester Solutions has also extended its lease on a further 11,500 sq ft which it already occupied in Churchgate and Lee House.
The deal will see Manchester Solutions consolidate its property needs within Manchester city centre.
The interconnected and adjacent buildings are situated on Oxford Street and Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester, providing a total 249,780 sq ft of office space.
Tenants include London School of Business & Finance, Capita, Countrywide and UCI Cinemas.
Dunedin Property purchased the buildings in September 2012 and has since completed a £1m refurbishment.
GVA and CBRE are joint letting agents.
Dunedin Property director Gordon Kellie said: "With further refurbishment works underway to the receptions, office suites and bike/shower facilities we are progressing well with repositioning these iconic buildings to create a fantastic occupational and business environment in Manchester."
