Duchy of Lancaster signs oil firm to Crewe Hall Farm

Agents Knight Frank and Lamonts Commercial have secured the first letting at the Duchy of Lancaster's Crewe Hall Farm in Cheshire, recently converted to offices by Maple Grove Developments.

The first of the six buildings, providing 26,000 sq ft in total, will be occupied by Zenteum, a specialist in the distribution and sale of lubricating oil and fuel additives.

Zenteum has taken the 6,415 sq ft Dovecote building on a ten-year lease.

The estate was built over 120 years ago as a model farm to serve Crewe Hall. Nick Dart, surveyor of lands at the Queen's Duchy of Lancaster portfolio, said: "We have taken great care at Crewe Hall Farm to build new life into these wonderful old buildings so that they can serve the community for generations to come. As there is nothing remotely like this available in the vicinity, we anticipate that Zenteum will soon be joined by other like-minded businesses who will help us to deliver that vision."

There are five buildings remaining, offering space from approximately 2,000 sq ft upwards.
